SynapCell has received ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification from SGS on 5th March 2010 in order to ensure that its business and production processes generate maximum performances and meet customer satisfaction.
SynapCell’s quality system is under constant review. All contracts performed at SynapCell are indeed analysed by our customers through a detailed satisfaction survey, which allows us to continuously monitor and improve the quality of our services.
